Team Aides play an important support role for our teams by assisting coaches with practices, games, and team administration. This role is designed for family members who want to help in a limited, supportive capacity while keeping athlete safety and program structure in place.
Team Aides must be related to a player or coach on the team (parent, guardian, sibling, or similar family member).
Because Team Aides do not complete the full coaching screening process, their role is intentionally limited.
Team Aides may:
Assist coaches by following their direction during practices and games
Help with practice drills under a coach’s supervision
Assist with team equipment and setup
Support team administration, such as:
Coordinating snacks
Helping with scorekeeping

All support activities must be performed as directed by the Head or Assistant Coach.
Team Aides may not:
Make coaching decisions during practices or games
Lead or coach a practice or game
Participate in practices or games without a coach present
Act independently of coach direction
