Payments, Fundraising & Refunds

Refunds, if any, are:

• May be limited after uniforms, equipment, or league fees are incurred

Jr Pacers reserves the right to evaluate refund requests on a case-by-case basis.

Assumption of Risk

Participation in youth football, cheer, and related activities involves inherent physical risks. By registering or participating, parents and guardians acknowledge and accept these risks on behalf of their athlete.

Specific liability waivers and medical releases are provided and accepted during the registration process.

Code of Conduct

All participants, parents, guardians, coaches, volunteers, and spectators are expected to follow Jr Pacers’ Code of Conduct.

Violations may result in disciplinary action, including removal from activities or programs, at the discretion of Jr Pacers Youth Football and Cheer, Inc.

Third-Party Services & Links

Jr Pacers:
