Our goal is simple: provide a safe, high-quality football and cheer experience while keeping registration costs as low as possible for families.
To do that, we rely on a small number of well-organized fundraisers each year — and every dollar raised goes directly back into the program.
No board member or coach receives any compensation.
This is a 100% volunteer-run organization.

Maintain safe, up-to-date equipment
Play games and host events on high school turf fields (our largest expense)
Support athlete development and training
Keep registration fees affordable for all families
We intentionally limit the number of fundraisers so participation is clear, manageable, and impactful.
By the Days – Calendar Fundraiser
By the Days – Calendar Fundraiser
Our “By the Days” Calendar Fundraiser is designed to help JR Pacers athletes offset registration costs and earn funds for new gear, while keeping fundraising simple for families.
Athletes work to complete a 31-day calendar, with supporters sponsoring days in any amount. Funds raised help cover:
Athlete registration costs
Equipment and uniforms
Program and training expenses
This fundraiser will begin in the spring for both 7-on-7 & Spring Cheer, with an optional opportunity in the fall for families who want to further reduce Tackle / Cheer registration costs.
YETI Cooler Raffle
YETI Cooler Raffle
Each season, we raffle off two YETI coolers:
One filled with snacks and sports drinks
One filled with adult beverages
Tickets are sold by athletes, and winners are announced at our Annual Spaghetti Dinner & Raffle Night.
This raffle helps support larger program expenses while giving families and supporters a fun chance to win great prizes.

Our Annual Spaghetti Dinner & Raffle Night is both a fundraiser and a community event for JR Pacers families and supporters.
The evening includes:
A spaghetti dinner for attendees
The drawing for the YETI Cooler Raffle
Additional raffle prizes generously donated by local businesses and supporters
All proceeds go directly back into the JR Pacers program to support safe equipment, quality facilities, and affordable registration costs.
