At Jr. Pacers, we firmly believe that any student who wants to play should never be left out due to financial reasons. Youth sports should be accessible, inclusive, and focused on growth — and we are committed to doing everything in our power to ensure every athlete who wants to participate has that opportunity.

Keeping Costs as Low as Possible

First and foremost, our Board puts a tremendous amount of time and effort into securing club sponsorships and community support to keep registration costs reasonable for all families.

To our knowledge, Jr. Pacers offers the lowest annual registration cost in our league, while still providing a quality, well-run program. Sponsorships directly reduce costs across the board and help make participation more affordable for every family.

Fundraising Opportunities for Athletes

We also offer an easy, athlete-friendly fundraising program that gives players the opportunity to fully or significantly offset their registration fees.

Participation in fundraising:

• Helps cover some or all registration costs

• Encourages teamwork and responsibility

• Supports the overall success of the program

For many families, fundraising alone is enough to eliminate out-of-pocket registration expenses.

Scholarship Assistance When More Help Is Needed

If a student has made a genuine effort to fundraise and is still unable to cover the full cost of registration, Jr. Pacers offers a scholarship application process.

Scholarships are:

• Confidential

• Reviewed by the Board

• Based on demonstrated need and effort

Our goal is not to exclude — it is to support families who need additional assistance while maintaining fairness and sustainability for the program.
