This is a 7v7 touch (non-contact) football program focused on skill development, teamwork, and fun.
Coaches will teach and enforce touch-only rules, but football-related injuries can still occur.
Soft shell helmets and cleats are required for all participants.
A parent or legal guardian is expected to remain present at all practices and games.
Registration fees help support program costs including insurance, field usage, equipment, officials, and operations.

Teams: 7 defenders vs. 6 offensive players (must use a center)
Starting Position: Each possession begins at the 40-yard line, moving toward the end zone
First Downs: Earned by crossing the 25-yard line and the 10-yard line
Downs: Offense has 3 downs to gain a first down or score
No Running Plays: The ball must be thrown; any pass behind the line of scrimmage (LOS) must gain positive yards or it’s considered a sack
Sacks:
A sack stops the clock under 1:00 minute
A ball held for 4.01+ seconds is counted as a sack
Turnovers & Possession Changes:
Occur after a PAT attempt, failure to get a first down, or an interception
Game Timing:
Games are 30 minutes long
First 28 minutes: Continuous clock
Final 2 minutes: Clock stops based on game rules
No overtime in pool play
PAT:
1-point attempt from the 5-yard line (choice of hash)
2-point attempt from the 10-yard line (playoffs only)
Overtime Rules:
Each team gets 3 plays from the 10-yard line per overtime period
Starting with the 3rd overtime, all PATs must be from the 10-yard line
Defensive Pass Interference: +5 yards, automatic first down
Offensive Pass Interference: -5 yards, replay down
Defensive Holding: +5 yards, automatic first down
Illegal Procedure, Offsides, Delay of Game: -5 yards
Unsportsmanlike Conduct: -10 yards (2nd offense = ejection)
Fighting: Immediate ejection
Teams will be divided into even skill-based groups for pool play
Seeding for tournament play is based on pool play records

2️⃣ Point differential (points scored vs. points allowed)
3️⃣ Coin flip
Touchdown: +6 points
PAT: +1 (from 5 yards) | +2 (from 10 yards in playoffs)
Interception: +3 points
Turnover on Downs: +2 points
